What a wonderful experience at Hilton Green Plaza Alex! The hotel presents a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff, but the dining options may need a bit of improvement. The location is fantastic, offering convenience and excellent support from the staff, while the dining experience was satisfactory. Overall, a great value for the money.

I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent and friendly environment of the rooms, accompanied by very helpful staff. Special thanks to Ahmed Sanhoury, Mohab Hegazy, and Yara from the front desk, as well as Mr Moaz and Mohamed from Abu Kir restaurant.

I found the hotel located in a nice area where everything I needed was easily accessible. The staff was always ready to support all my needs, offering a clean environment and wonderful service. A great place to stay, even though it's a bit far from the sea.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff, especially Ahmed Sanhoury, Mohab Hegazy, Yara, Mr Moaz, and Mohamed, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even decorated the room with flowers for my wife's birthday. However, the AC and hot shower weren't working during my stay.
