What a wonderful experience at Hilton Green Plaza Alex! The hotel presents a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff, but the dining options may need a bit of improvement. The location is fantastic, offering convenience and excellent support from the staff, while the dining experience was satisfactory. Overall, a great value for the money.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff, especially Ahmed Sanhoury, Mohab Hegazy, Yara, Mr Moaz, and Mohamed, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even decorated the room with flowers for my wife's birthday. However, the AC and hot shower weren't working during my stay.
The hotel's room quality was a letdown compared to my usual bookings and needed more thorough cleaning, despite its convenient proximity to the conference hall. However, the service was exceptional, with a genuinely caring and professional staff. The location was very convenient with various amenities nearby. The dining experience was excellent, although a bit pricey, and the facilities were well-equipped.
